She was the manager at an event rental company for many years and has helped plan hundreds if not thousands of all types of events and has a unique insight because of this. She will help you put your style and the current trends together to create an amazing look for your event. She also has worked with many local vendors and can point you in the right direction for everything from Venues and Caterers to Photographers and Rentals. James has been working with Teresa and also doing his own events for over 10 years and they will make sure that your every need is taken care of.

Wedding Day Coordinator
For our Wedding day coordinator services we will work with you starting about a month before your wedding day or even sooner. We will meet with you and go over your choice of vendors, your vision of how you want the ceremony and reception to look and your thoughts on a timeline and how you want your day to flow.
We will then be in contact with your vendors for you to confirm all the details with them and coordinate set up times to make sure things go smoothly on your special day.
We take your choice of decor and help complete the set up to make sure your Vision comes through and that everything is in place.
We will make sure to have good communication with your vendors and with you leading up to your wedding day.
We will make sure your guests and your wedding party know where they are supposed to be and when. Make sure the caterers know when to serve dinner and that if there are any delays we will let your DJ know to play some extra songs to keep your guests entertained. We will be there in case anything comes up and We are excellent problem solvers if there were to be any questions or issues. We will take care of it all so you and your guests can just enjoy your time.

Decorating made easy
If you you don’t have the time to decorate and need someone to set up your tables and chairs, dress the tables with linens and arrange your centrepieces, put on your chair covers and tie your sashes, and set up your back drop- We are pros at this and would be happy to help.
You choose your decor and share your vision with us and we will do the work for you while you get ready for your big day.
We can also help arrange the rentals and help with the planning if needed.

To book our services we require a 25% non- refundable Save the date fee. This fee cannot be refunded under any circumstances But will go towards your total balance. The rest of the balance is due 1 week before your event. If for some reason you need to cancel we will work with you the best we can- your non- refundable save the date fee can be put towards another date or service based on availability.
